By downloading or using XO Battleground ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
XO Battleground is a Tic-Tac-Toe game for Android (Solana Mobile) with two modes:
Play against an AI opponent. Results may be optionally saved on the Solana blockchain via the Memo Program.
Pass-and-play on one device. Results stored locally only. No blockchain interaction.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
Saving a game result on-chain is optional and requires a connected Solana wallet via Mobile Wallet Adapter. Each save writes a Memo transaction to Solana Mainnet and incurs a small network fee (typically < 0.000005 SOL) paid from your wallet.
On-chain records are permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, they cannot be deleted or modified.
The "Support Developer" feature is entirely voluntary. SOL transfers are final once confirmed on-chain. No refunds are possible for confirmed blockchain transactions.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. The App never accesses or stores your private keys or seed phrase. Always verify transaction details in your wallet app before approving.
XO Battleground is a game, not a financial product. No gambling, wagering, or financial returns are offered or implied. SOL transactions are utility actions — not investments or securities.

All App content — UI, code, graphics, sound effects — is the intellectual property of the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of SOL or other digital assets.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
